GROUNDSKEEPERS/LANDSCAPING LABORERS

Job duties may include, but not limited to: landscape or maintain grounds of properly using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following; sod laying, mowing trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of motarless segmental concrete masonry well units. $15.30 per hour. Possible OT @ 22.95 per hour.  Raise/bonus at employer’s discretion Biweekly pay. Employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment to perform job at no charge to worker. Employer guarantees to offer work for the hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. A single workweek will be used as a standard for computing wages. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. Post-employ drug testing,-employer paid. No experience required. Must tolerate extreme temps, loud noises; lift heavy equipment and have stamina. Bi-weekly pay. Employer provides tools/supplies/equipment-no charge, and assures 3/4 workdays every 12 weeks. 1 work week is wage standard. The Prevailing Wage Required by law is $15.30 per hour. The Overtime wage required by law is $22.95 per hour, if there is overtime. This is the wage that will be paid.  No Experience is necessary. No education is necessary. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.  A Single Workweek is used as its standard for computing wages due. Pay periods are every two weeks. An Apartment is provided for the employee at a reduced cost. Employer will make all deductions from workers’ paycheck required by law. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).  Transportation (including meals and lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost reimbursed if the worker completes half of the employment period.  Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by employer.  The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
