Landesign Plus at 1491 E. Pearce Blvd in Wentzville MO 63385 is seeking 5 (five) full time temporary seasonal positions from 04/01/2020 to 11/30/2020. Worksites in and around St. Louis, MO-IL MSA Job title is Groundskeepers laborer/landscaper -duties may include, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, planting, digging, raking, leaf blowing, sprinkler installation. Post-employment drug test, emplyr-paid. No exp. Req. Must tolerate extreme temps, loud noises; lift heavy equip. and have stamina. Full.-Time 40 Hrs. M-F 7:30 AM-4 PM depending on the weather. This is in the St. Louis and St. Charles, MO metropolitan service areas. The wage rage is $15.30 per hour which is inclusive of partial reasonable housing costs. No experience required. Reasonable Housing is made available during the entire job. Possible OT @ 22.95 /hr; Raise/bonus at employer’s discretion .On the job training will be provided to the worker.The employer will use a single workweek at its standard for computing wages due. Biweekly pay. Housing is made available to the worker at a reduced cost, but the worker is NOT required to use available housing. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law.. Worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order consistent with 20 CFE 655.20 (j)(1)(i); Employer will provide or pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period consistent with 655.20 (j) (1)(ii); 14. The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) meeting at “the Yard” in Wentzville, MO. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Transportation (including meals and lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost reimbursed if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment to perform job at no charge to worker. One work week is wage standard. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. Must tolerate extreme temperatures, loud noises; lift heavy equipment and have stamina. Employer assures 3/4 workdays every 12 weeks. The prevailing wage required by law is $15.30 per hour The Overtime wage required by law is $22.95 per hour, if there is overtime.

job duties may include, but not limited to: landscape or maintain grounds of properly using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following; sod laying, mowing trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of motarless segmental concrete masonry well units. $15.30 per hour. Possible OT @ 22.95 per hour.  Raise/bonus at employer’s discretion Biweekly pay. Employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment to perform job at no charge to worker. Employer guarantees to offer work for the hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. A single workweek will be used as a standard for computing wages. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. Post-employ drug testing,-employer paid.
